"The staff was great, no issues. The room was okay. The bathroom was a little dingy in the shower. You could see the corners were dusty in most places. My largest complaint was the beds. The mattresses were wildly uncomfortable and my back hurt after every night. The sheets were rough and the pillows were way too soft, no support at all.
