"The room was very clean and well prepared. Parking was adequate and easy to use. The staff was cordial and helpful. Breakfast was Mickdonald sandwich."

"Had to go to 3 rooms before I found one that had been made up. Management set me an email apologizing that there was an issues with their computer system. They did upgrade me to a suite which was very big but nothing special. Breakfast was nice."

My room was clean, the hallways need some cleaning and work, the in room microwave was nice and the morning breakfast they setup is nice, get there early. Very convenient being just off the highway, lots of grass for dogs, property could use some more attention."

"I liked the best was pet free, due to myself and husband with allergies to pets among others. It is hard to find a hotel which is pet free. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was ok. No different for other hotels."

"Just a regular hotel. They don’t hire enough housekeeping staff so customers are left waiting until midnight for a clean room. The front desk person blamed all the travelers which implied that it was my fault they didn’t have a room ready. A screw in the middle of the floor to hold the carpet down ripped my shoe. They charge $5 to park in their unsecured parking lot and charge for breakfast. Nickel and Dimers. Find better value somewhere else."

I just needed a place to crash and setback on the road quickly. I didnt bother with the breakfast so I didnt see what was avail"

"Room was nice and quiet - no banging doors which was great. Fitness center was closed during our visit but they had arrangements with the neighbor hotel - very convenient. I think the hotel wasn't as booked as usual as we requested a balcony and got it. Very positive experience."

"This is a clean hotel that is a good place to stay before heading to Niagara. It was convenient that the washing machine and dryer could be used for free as long as you provided detergent. The staff were also very friendly."
