"The staff is very friendly and helpful! Breakfast is always fresh and healthy! Cleanliness is on point. The room was good for solo traveller. The only thing that wasn’t for me is that in the room should be always fan turned on, no way to turn off. I don’t like when I have constantly going air on me. "One of the best hotel experiences I’ve experienced! The staff were amazing! I had told them that we were staying for my wife’s birthday. They actually took the time to put together a small gift bag with a hand written birthday card and put it in our room. They also gave us an awesome view of dodger stadium when we told them that we were going to the dodger game. The hotel was very modern, clean, and safe. "Room was ok,shower was stinky , room service did not place bottom sheet on bed , front desk lady practically yelled at me about room number being wrong, ac did not work at all. Food and coffee was great though. "

"The hotel is centrally located. Which is nice and convenient. The rooms were small which I was surprised given the amount of money I paid and how big the hotel really is. One of the things I DO NOT recommend is bell services. When I arrived it took bell services more than hour to get my luggage’s to my room. During check out it was the same issue. I had to call like 3 times to see if someone was coming. The third time I was told that the bell person had come and knock on my door and no one...

"Laundry was expensive but convenient. It’s $6 to wash and $6 to dry. Parking is also very expensive on property. The room was clean and very quiet. We didn’t hear any street noise or loud room doors. Overall, all was well. "

"Clean room. My friend and I are older so the heater worked very well. I will definitely stay there again. Close to The Union Station in LA. Their homemade bread was to die for. We had their breakfast breads with coffee and there are a lot of small restaurants around the hotel. Nice!"

"We purchased the Access Lounge and chose to have breakfast and appetizers there. Both were delicious. They advertise that snacks are offered after 10:30am but slwe only saw beverages. That might be considered a snack in some cultures. "
