"Good experience "

"My wife and I took the local transportation from Heathrow to the hotel. When we arrived there was no one at the counter and a small line had formed, two gentleman came to the desk about five minutes later and got the line down. We were informed that we booked an ADA room, no worries. We checked in and got to our room. It was very clean and made a great spot to rest for our flight the next morning. We enjoyed the included breakfast which was a wonderful touch. "

"Outdated, and not reliable. I booked a room to share and specifically booked here because they had availability for two single beds in a room. The “single beds” were laid out as a queen bed with absolutely no space whatsoever to move the beds. Ended up having to sleep on the floor between the wardrobe and other pointless furniture taking the little space that was available. The bathroom fan wasn’t working and had been jammed with something, and there wasn’t even a hand towel in the bathroom. "

"The air conditioning was not working on the second floor. We had to change rooms due to a tub leak and a strong smell of mildew the second day. Breakfast was ok. The staff was very kind and responsive."

"Great stay. My daughter and I enjoyed it very much. The reception staff was absolutely amazing, managed to put a smile on our faces specially on my daughter’s."

"For a night stay hotel was suitable for our needs. You can tell the rooms are very dated. The chair for the desk has peeling leather and was wonky. AC/Heating wasn't working properly. The outdoor card lock to annex wasn't functional. Anyone could walk into the building to be honest. Bed was comfortable. Staff i had encountered were nice. "

"The room was clean but the decor and condition outdated and poor. There appears to have been no updating or redecorating since I last stayed here 10 years ago. No breakfast as they no longer have dining facilities."

"The laundry facilities don’t exist. Had to send them out. The hotel charged me 600.00 American dollars for a small load of laundry. Staff said nothing they could do. Very upsetting."

"The staff were very welcoming and polite. There is ample parking. We stayed in a suite which was spacious, clean and had good amenities. There is a good sized swimming pool which has allocated children hours. There was a good selection at breakfast and you can also order off a menu too. The restaurant also provided a good selection for dinner. The hotel is in a good location and a short uber ride from Oxford city centre. "

"Great hotel and amazing location. There is plenty of green space, with lovely areas to walk, relax and enjoy the surroundings. A very pleasant and peaceful place to stay."
