"Well appointed spacious room. Large full length closets, Comfortable beds. Outside of the city center, however easy to take the tram into town. Purchased an all day pass from the hotel."

My room was spacious and had a balcony, and the hotel is conveniently located not far from downtown Zurich. "Older hotel about 15mins tram ride to old town. Air conditioning not up to Australian/American standards - in 35C heat room only cooled 3C below so really not much respite from hot weather. Clean, comfortable and fresh."

"A self-serve check-in/check out hotel. Was a very easy process. Kiosk style check-in devices in little lobby also included free storage lockers (but first-come first-served). Room was very clean. Location is only a 10 minute walk or less to the train station. Hotel is close to the Mercato Central and plenty of restaurant options. Would stay again."

"The air conditioner broke in the middle of a heat wave in the middle of the night. We called downstairs but we were only able to partially restore it after a lot of effort and waking everyone in the room up. The hotel obviously does not maintain the property as well as they could. They should not be charging the prices they do for rooms with no air conditioning. When we checked out, the staff don’t even ask us how our stay was. Some staff were friendly and helpful but others were definitely not....
