"Overall rooms were very good and excellent view of caldera. We had booked 6 rooms. Two rooms had beds that you have to climb to get in. Not comfortable for 60+ years olds. Breakfast was excellent and delivered to the room on time. Staff are excellent and always helpful. "

"We came 15 minutes earlier before check-in. They said room was ready on call not by texting on purpose. Probably they forgot cleaning. Room is super small, dirty and mess its not like as shown on pictures here. I complained they said that go to other hotel they have. In Santorini stairs I had with big luggages in hot weather.
