The jacuzzi was a plus with hot summer in Santorini, it has plenty space for a family of 4. The cave is very unique and we were very comfortable. "The hotel itself is awesome! Our luggage guy was the best. He was so helpful and carried our luggage up and down stairs and twisted through the crowds like a pro. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no front desk for 24 hours, but our concerns were minor and they did have a what’s app number to contact them. The other thing was there was no iron, which again was minor but just thought I’d mention in case anyone was wondering. All in all I’d recommend this hotel."

Staff was really helpful even when I asked to book a shuttle last minute to the airport — they had it sorted by 8am. Breakfast is quite extensive and fresh. If I ever find myself back in Santorini, I’ll be here."

"The place was absolutely stunning, indeed felt like being in castle. It was close by to the main city center but those with mobility issues should be warned that it is very hilly. The whole staff went above and beyond, helped us switch rooms for a better view and was very helpful and kind. An example is the bellhop, Lucian. The pool was great, very clean with a great view. Additionally, there were a multitude of options to choose from at breakfast, with a great open seating space."
