"We were clebrating our honeymoon and booked the executive cave room. Let me start by saying that Krystallia and Louis among the other staff were perfect. Very responsive to messages (I provided my whatsapp to her and she would respond immediately). We had breakfast everyday and it was delicious and timely which was important since we had excursions booked. The suite itself was gorgeous. Clean, neat, cave jacuzzi which was so nice to enjoy especially with the unvelievable sunset view. PK bar is right next door if you want soem amazing cocktails. No complaints at all. "

"Perfect Location, Stunning Caldera Views & Exceptional Hospitality: Stayed at Hotel Villa Renos and had an amazing experience. The location is unbeatable—right in Fira, the capital of Santorini, with incredible views of the Caldera. Everything you need is within walking distance, including restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and banks, which made getting around very convenient. The staff were outstanding—extremely accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality really made a difference in our stay. Breakfast was a highlight each morning. It felt like being at your grandmother’s house, with fresh, delicious food prepared with care. Such a warm and comforting way to start the day. Overall, a fantastic stay with stunning views, a perfect location, and truly excellent service. Highly recommend!"

"The hotel is situated on the southern end of Fira. An easy 5 minute walk to the Alantis Hotel which is at the heart of Fira and a great spot for pics. It is importantly just an easy 10 minute walk from the Fira bus stop with suitcases. We used the public bus to and from the airport saving us a small fortune as the taxis are expensive on the isle. I used the pool and its 3 strokes per arm end to end. Breakfast represents great value for your expenditure. Its humble surrounds are blown away by the view of the Caldera. Staff were lovely. The chief reception lady was very cool and made me laugh inwardly each day with her vibe. I broke a cup at breakfast and it was dealt with efficiently as if nothing happened. Good value with great views and ideal for those using the bus. "
