"We had a fantastic stay at Kavalari hotel. It is centrally located at the heart of Fira. Also has an awesome unrestricted view of caldera. The staff were very friendly and helpful, special mention to front desk staff (Viki) and helper (Mubin). The cave like room architecture was unique and fun to be at. Decent breakfast served in beautiful hotel patio ensures a good start of the day. We wish to come back and stay here again. Strongly recommended."

"My eight-day stay at the Keti Hotel in April 2026 exceeded my expectations! The views from my room and terrace were breathtaking. I was overwhelmed with joy and gratitude to experience one of my dream vacations, especially for my 55th birthday. It was difficult to leave my room because I was in awe of the view from every angle. I looked forward to returning to my room daily to watch the sunset. The staff was very friendly, breakfast was delicious, property was clean and well-kept. This hotel is in a great location, close to airport and walking distance to supermarket, shops, restaurants, and Fira bus station. I’m looking forward to another visit to Santorini and will definitely stay at this hotel again."

"George, the house manager, was extremely warm, welcoming and helpful. He really made the stay more memorable with his suggestions and information. I had the terrace room which had an unobstructed view of the caldera and stunning views of the sun setting behind Therasia Island. You'll want to walk down the stairs by the Kameni Bar (painted red) opposite the Metropolitan Church. From Fira bus stop, go up the cobbled street (5 min). Centrally located and yet isolated from the crowds because it's halfway down the caldera. Spacious cave rooms kept immaculately clean by George and the house staff."

"Great location in Fira. Clean room, great view of caldera from our balcony. Pool on the same level. Outdoor table and chairs and 2 sun lounges. Small fridge with minibar. Aircon but didn’t use. Bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and bar of soap. Good hair dryer. John organised our taxi from airport and met us to help with suitcase. "
