The staff was amazing, they helped us get a driver from the airport and had someone meet us at the road to carry our bags up the steep hill and steps! "Amazing location and views, balcony SPA was heaven, staff were lovely and very attentive, breakfast massive and yummy. The only draw back for us was the Air con in our family room was in the bottom of a two level appt - so the top floor where our bed was situated was like an oven even with air con on all day - we ended up sleeping downstairs and my daughter on the floor such a shame as the rest of the stay was perfect."
