"My and myself had the most wonderful time at Panorama suites. I would recommend the jetted hot tub room with Caldera view. Only surprise was the 2 flights of stairs, even with the 2 elevators. Fortunately, the hotel staff helped move the luggage. -Satish"

"Staff members were excellent that responsive and good communications. Very friendly and helpful. Great view and well maintained. We love to go back. Just caution. Not recommended for people who has physical limitation because of hotel office was bottom of property and no elevator even through property is middle of cliff. It's quite steep stairs. Good thing that they will carry the luggage for you."
