Not recommended for people who has physical limitation because of hotel office was bottom of property and no elevator even through property is middle of cliff. It's quite steep stairs. "My and myself had the most wonderful time at Panorama suites. I would recommend the jetted hot tub room with Caldera view. Only surprise was the 2 flights of stairs, even with the 2 elevators. Fortunately, the hotel staff helped move the luggage. -Satish"

"Fanatic place. We booked the Honeymoon suite and the indoor hot tub was beyond amazing. It's private with a great view of the sea. Great value for money. The breakfast was really delicious as well. Host was friendly and helpful."
