"This clean, tasteful, spacious hotel was an oasis for our family after time exploring NYC and the American Dream. The five of us had plenty of room and slept comfortably. The staff was helpful and accommodating when we needed extra towels and another blanket for my daughter who was sleeping on the sofa bed. The included breakfast was the best we’ve had at a hotel! The staff at the Bar and the conceirge we extremely kind, and helpful and provided top tier reccomendations for local entertainment and food options. The pool was unfortunately still closed. Property was clean overall and easily found from the bus and subway stations, within walkable distance to the Apollo and lcoal shops."

"I liked everything about the room except for the fact that there was only one chair in the room. For 2 people, it was impossible to sit together in the living area so I requested another chair but was told for security reasons that won’t be allowed. We had to sit on the bed to drink our coffee and sometimes eat our late night meals. Absolutely not okay ……"

"The Crown Plaza, Englewood NJ is a well kept property and the staff is excellent. New A/C system, comfortable king bed and clean. The property is strategically located only 15 minutes or so from the GW Bridge and very close to the Englewood business district. The front desk manager Alysia is excellent along with her two colleagues. Reasonably priced and worth the stay!"
