"Fantastic central location! Wonderful view from the balcony of our ‘family room’. No on-site reception, but prompt and friendly responses to all requests through WhatsApp. They do clearly state their limited reception hours but I got responses to concerns right away. Had a little trouble finding our room the first time but well worth the challenge! ( Interior gate is right next to Feltrinelli’s bookstore.) " The location is okay. 25 minutes walk to the sights. A supermarket and coffee shops nearby. The kitchen is well equipped. -It’s a 3 room B&B with thin walls. So you will hear the other occupants. - The check-in process in confusing. You have no interaction with anybody (I experienced this in Zagreb and had similar issues). They tell you to phone somebody (not WhatsApp) when you’re at the gate. No one responds, so you have to contact them by WhatsApp. No one responds. -Heating doesn’t work...

"Amazing location if able walking distance to all landmarks. Property clean, could do with a deep clean in toilet area. Cleaner daily was lovely and replaced towels and toilet roll if needed. Fridge was empty and not plugged in, we didn’t use air conditioning but windows were operational. Bed was really comfy. Only downsides-noisy plumbing and not enough storage for clothes for anything over 2 day stay. Did not ruin our experience though we just had to leave clothes in bags. "
