"Arrived at the hotel about 4 a.m. after being relocated from another hotel that canceled our reservation. The hotel clerk who had spoke with Expedia's relocation services said she could not find our name in their system even though the email from Expedia showed our name and that Expedia submitted payment to the hotel. My wife, who was completely frustrated by this point, pulled out her credit card to pay for the room even though Expedia had already paid for it. I had to make several calls until...

"Unfortunately, this was a disappointing stay for our family. We had reserved a room with balcony and more importantly the small couch for our children to sleep on. When we got to our room it was not that, they just put us in a tiny room with 1 king bed, I went back to the front desk and said this was not the room type we had reserved. "The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The anti slip stuff in the shower was peeling up and there was a rubber mat but it had black mildew on it. I didn't use the pool or hot tub but they both looked nice and clean. The fitness center was terrible. No free weights just a cable machine probably from the '80s tucked in a corner. The treadmill turned on but wouldn't go past the first speed and the belt slipped even doing that, and the bike seat flopped and clanked with ever peddle."

"This hotel does not have an elevator. The room was basically clean. One bed covering had a stain and should have never been put on the bed. The rest of the issues were maintenance or lack of, the sink was broken, someone dropped something heavy in the sink and it shattered, the chair upholstery had a hole and was years beyond needing put in a dumpster, the window screen was bent resulting in not sealing out bugs, the door frame in the 'wet room' is badly rusted and the fan is extremely loud and...
