"My stay was horrible this time. Based on my previous stay 2 years ago, I decided to book for this trip. One of the 2 elevators was out of order the entire week we were there. The only working elevators had broken tile on the floor. There was no hot breakfast as advertised. There is now a cold breakfast option. The last day we were there, they ran out of creamer for coffee. The staff said they were out ( it was 6:30 a.m.) and got some milk from the cereal section. I went to a nearby...

"We stayed here for New Year’s Eve in Luis having to drive back home down to Pearland Texas. It was clean. The staff was fantastic and accommodating as soon as we walked in and we had the opportunity for a late check out. It was fantastic. Would definitely stay again."

"The room was clean, and we liked that there was no carpet. But, None of the lamps worked in the room. We arrived close to midnight and realized that there were no bath towels. When we called room service, we were told to go down to the lobby. Then, there was no soap in the shower. Hotel is located next to I-10, and you could hear the traffic all night when the A/C would turn off. Breakfast is very basic. "
