"The staff were so friendly and helpful, starting with the young lady working the desk when we arrived. She is an absolute treasure and an amazing first impression. Everyone else after that was equally helpful. Our room key didn’t work (my fault, it was near my magnetic phone case) and one of the workers happened to notice we were having issues. She opened the door for us and had someone bring up spare replacements. I didn’t even have to go down the elevator.
