"First of all the hotel is located near the central area of Manchester, very convenient for Bridgewater Hall where we wanted to be. The staff were the main attraction the hotel had to offer. They were friendly, welcoming and very helpful.
This is a boutique style hotel so rooms look good but are a bit quirky. The bathroom (Shower and sink) are part of the bedroom so offers little privacy. Creates issue when someone wants to use the bathroom toilet during the night as light - lights up the...

"We had a very good stay here. The reception staff were very friendly. The room immaculately clean, bed and pillows very comfortable, a good night's sleep was had. I have only given 4 stars in some instances as we didn't have time to have breakfast or need any assistance so can't honestly rate those points. But we will definately stay again if possible in the future."

"After finally being allocated a room, the room was stiflingly hot as this was the hottest May on record, and the in room AC did not work. As such we had to open the window later that evening when the outside temperature had dropped low enough, but were then unable to get any sleep as the hotel backs on to a railway station, and we had to listen to trains arriving and departing probably every 10 mins or so until about midnight. We were leaving the hotel at 3:30am and so had not sleep at all."

"The Staff were lovely. We were upgraded which was nice. We didn't use the facilities due to lack of time but it looked good.
The rooms were a little dated and needed some TLC. The shower was very good. It is a drive or taxi ride into town as the pavements are not suitable for walking.
The Breakfast provided choice and it was good. Again the staff were excellent which made it taste better."
