"There was no staff to check me in and that is a big minus. AI can't substitute for real human hospitality. Also I couldn't get the TV to perform simple functions and found no instructions."

"Amazing location and our 4th floor room over looking the lake was terrific. Even with the smoke from the Canadian fires, I grabbed a coffee from the onsite coffee shop and sat on the balcony overlooking the bay. The pool and the hot tub were in a terrific sunroom overlooking the water and the staff and the restaurant and bar were amazing. The new owners have really done a great job and it is absolutely the nicest place to stay in the area."
