"As an Expedia perk, our room was upgraded from an Economy Room to a Standard Room, which was a wonderful surprise. The room was clean, fresh, and smelled pleasant. The staff were exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The food was also excellent and exceeded our expectations. "This was a complete hotel package. It got it all and checked all the boxes. Rooms were clean, spacious and well insulated. Beds were comfortable and soft. Bathroom was nice and clean. The only thing I disliked was that the shower area don't have a door or enclosure or curtain without which using the shower leaves a massive puddle and poses a safety hazard. Breakfast was terrific. The staff were courteous and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay at the Milk factory thoroughly."
