"I thought the breakfast supposed to come with it when we returned back because it was included the first time when we checked in the first time, but I was told it was not. I both booked under Expedia. "

"Outdated and tired feeling facilities. Front desk staff were kind and informative, but pushed buying meal tickets. Cleaning lady was talking on her phone extremely loud very early in the morning. I peaked out the door and she was in the room directly across the hall from me talking. The room was definitely sufficient for one night. We did not eat in the restaurant but ordered room service. The food was OK."

"The room was small but fine for one night. The heating was not on and took a long time to heat the room once the temperature was set. The reason for the overall poor score is the staff. We had no shampoo in the dispenser, which my wife only realised when she was in the shower. I called reception, who were apologetic and said someone would be along shortly. Five minutes later a man turned up with a bottle of shower gel. I told that was not what was needed and he said he'd be back very soon....

"What to say - on the plus side the staff were so professional, kind and helpful. The hotel was kind enough to store our large bags for 2 weeks while we were traveling - very courteous. The beds were clean and comfortable and the bathroom and its amenities were clean. The negatives - the hotel is very dated with threadbare, stained carpets and a very unpleasant odor in the lobby, hallways. Uber to and from the airport were expensive. I would not stay again and choose a more modern property...
