"It's a walk from room to pool etc. Disappointed in room. Toilet to low and shower no safety bar to hold on to when slippery. No ice machines on each floor so trip to get ice daily. Safe in room to low as u need to get on knees to access it. Also refrigerator low. Expected nicer at this price range restaurants on premises expensive but very good."

"So let’s just start by saying that when I first got there, there was no one there to greet us. The property was completely empty and abandoned. I called the owner who claimed that she was on vacation and out of the country even though I spoke to her three days prior, she claimed we never to her so she called manager of the property who was nice but was completely unaware that we were coming.
