The room was fine but there was no coffee or tea in the room and it wasn't served in the lobby for enough hours. At least there was a frig and microwave and I could go to the office for a coffee cup.

Was an ok transit stop for the night, cheap. Just be warned it is near the rail tracks which were quite busy into the night.

We stayed here one night on our drive from California to Ontario. We hardly noticed train noise (mentioned by others in reviews).

Located on town's major interception leading to interstate 66, 40 and easily accessible to the Grand Canyon highway Cons: This inn is located across from major rail lines so could be noisy at night time. Bathroom door, fridge extriors, and wall lamp etc. could benefit from a warm cloth wipe

Clean, Quiet and great value for the price. Some people complain about the train.... I could not hear the train pass and my room was close to the street and train tracks. Staff was friendly. I would and will come back again to stay in the future.

The location is very good - easy access by car to highways and shopping. Staff was friendly at check-in and helpful with requests for extra towels and an extra blanket as a bed topper. The beds are apparently new but very firm - not recommended if you are used to a softer bed (I did not not sleep well the 3 nights we were there, and no toppers, and I tried using a blanket underneath me - we have a firmer memory foam mattress at home). We used our room fan as white noise for the train that goes by frequently - if you are a light sleeper, do not stay here. We did not receive daily housekeeping as advertised, but we're not fussed about it. Our room had an usual bad smell to it - not sure if it was the shower drain, but we tried to keep the fan on when out to help. We did not feel it was worth complaining about, as we only really slept there. The room needs a few minor repairs, but was overall bearable for what we paid compared to other properties in the area. A place to sleep and shower, but not much else.

Stayed two nites which allowed us to visit the Grand Canyon and Sedona...hotel was older but renovated and clean...biggest issue was the railroad across the street running all night long (oops...forgot to bring the noise cancelling headphones!)...overall the hotel was ok.

We had an enjoyable stay. Flagstaff is high in the mountains. We would have brought warmer clothes if we had known that snow was possible. That was on us!

5/10 I would say. The staff was very kind. Parking convenient. However, the hot water in the shower did not work. Bathroom sink water was hot but not in the shower. When I told the front desk they were quick to apologize and find a fix. The motel is very updated for being a motel. Comfortable and clean. Good hotel for the price just wish the hot water worked.

Everything was great except we weren’t given fresh towels when we exited the room before housekeeping came. Came back to the room & it wasn’t cleaned. I went to the front desk & had to ask for clean towels & we took our own trash since it wasn’t emptied. The front desk people were awesome & friendly. Shower was hot & the heater was warm. It was a good spot for where we needed to go in town.
