"The hotel was lovely. Very quirky and perfect for our family. It was a 2 min walk to restaurants, bars and the harbour. Our kids loved the family room and the hot chocolate machine! We had a family room which was massive. Would highly recommend this hotel."

"De locatie, het terrein, de tuin: het was een pure verrassing! Wie verwacht een welkom door een pronkende pauw?! De eigenaar was niet aanwezig bij onze aankomst, het was daarom even zoeken naar de code van het sleutelkastje. Maar toen we die eenmaal hadden: Een prima kamer, een uitstekend bed en een goed ontbijt. Een aanrader!! "

"The room was small but had good amenities. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. The only negative about the room was that it was far too hot- and we stayed on a cool and rainy June day. It must be unbearable in the summer! Also the virtual keys don’t work very well which was frustrating, but overall it was a good stay and we appreciated the excellent coffee machine!"

"Very friendly staff. The location is perfect for nature lovers and those wanting a quiet escape. It is a 20 minute walk from Middelfart and 30 minute walk from Middelfart train station, which is a bit of a way but doable and worth it. From the hotel we saw porpoises deer and a variety of birds. Superb views of the little belt and the two bridges from breakfast and dinner."

"Parking misleading, and when i parked as told & went to pay, i got back with the receipt to display and had been fined by a parking officer. He had to be watching until i was out of sight as he booked me 2 minutes after i left it. I understood there was 15 minutes grace/ free parking. So my 2nd day ever in Denmark, first day driving and i have a fine. Hotel just said sorry, they NEED to change their instructions. You cannot park on side of road anywhere near hotel to load & offload, jhowever...

"Lovely hotel to stay in Vejle, there is quite a long road to walk down to get there but it is straight forward to navigate from the bus station. Lovely view across the water and good amenities, the balcony window was very nice to be able to have fresh air, shower was good and shampoo, everything except the TV in the room did not work for normal television, just with YouTube videos from mobile phone.
