"I am a non smoker but one would believe I was if you were to walk in my room. My room was reeked of weed. I endured two nights of that! When I told front desk, the guy there said he couldn't smell anything but it might be cigarettes. Either way it was most uncomfortable. Room.never got cleaned linens were never changed, and I was there for four nights!"

"This is probably one of the cleanest and nicest hotels that we have stayed in that’s not a 5-star hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and kind, the rooms and the entire hotel was spotless, the breakfast was simple but just right for our family, and the location was central to everything. A+ !!!"

"You honestly get what you paid for.. staff was extremely nice and helpful. The Ac and tv worked perfectly!! Good amount of parking spaces. Only issue was the stains on the walls, lamps, and shower curtain but everything else was perfect. Would book here again in the future."

The only downfall or complaint was for my wife who thought that the exterior door where everybody seemed to be smoking, was covered in nicotine stains on the door handle and on the glass, she let the front desk know, and they said they would handle it. "The freshness of the hotel. You could smell the bleach/products where you knew everything was good to go."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. The only issue we experienced was at the pool, there were no towels available, and after asking the front desk multiple times, no one ever brought any out. Aside from that, everything else was great. We had a wonderful experience overall and would definitely stay here again."

"Never got room cleaned the entire stay, on one roll of tissue for 3 people in one room for 3 days, spiders on the patio furniture needs exterminator for that. Other than that I would like to stay here again"
