"Property is too far away from the activities. When I booked, I paid to have an upgraded ocean view, when we got there, our room could only see a small portion of the ocean. When I asked the front desk, they said I paid for an ocean view, not the ocean front. We had ants in our room. The photos online make the resort look beautiful, not so much in person. The restaurant on property, was overpriced, quantity and quality was poor!"

"At the check-in I was informed that there was "no free parking in Key West". I was charged an additional $50.00 per day for parking. When I entered the room, I found out that there were only two sets of towels for me and my two family members so I had to request an additional set. Upon check-out I had to pay more again because the attendant told me that I had to pay a "resort fee"! This was quite a disappointment. Had I known about these hidden fees, I would have stayed somewhere else."
