"Overall if was decent but the hotel offering shuttles downtown in a van that could only seat 12 leaving others behind was not cool,especially considering we’re charged a resort fee. They have bigger buses but didn’t use them."

"There were ants in the room. Just a few to start but then we had a late night pizza and next morning pizza was invaded and all over the place. The staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was nice but there were leaves from trees in section that could have been taken care of better. A/C was working great."

"I would not recommend staying at The Pegasus International Hotel in Key West. During our stay, the room above us flooded, sending water into our room and soaking some of our belongings, including my CPAP machine. We were forced to move rooms in the middle of our vacation and were repeatedly told the manager, Sandy, would contact us. I asked several times during our stay and was always told, "tomorrow."
