"The sheets were dirty when I got there, the staff kindly changed them for me. "

"Arrived at 8:30 PM for a 2 night stay. Went up to our room only to find clothes all over the bed and in the closet and a dirty bathroom. Was told by the front desk that we would have to take a lesser room for the night and that they could get us into the higher tier room that we paid for tomorrow. Next day they told us that we could either get a discount on the first night or move up into the higher room, but not both - which was completely unacceptable. With 30 minutes remaining on breakfast, the breakfast area was empty and disgusting. They were out of almost everything and there was nobody present to clean or stock anything. Though the rooms were technically nonrefundable, they did agree to let us check out early and refund us for the second night, and we went elsewhere. The pictures online totally misrepresented the condition of this hotel. We chose it for the high ratings, but the most recent favorable ratings are certainly not consistent with our experience."

"Only issue we encountered was the shower drained so slow that by the time you finished showering the water in the tub was at your ankle."

"It looks like a motel 6 or similar brand was renamed to include Hilton. I previously associated the Hilton brand with a level of quality. This is not that level. It appears to be repainted with the rebranding, and a new loveseat added. But there are no desk chairs, coffee makers, or microwave ovens yet. The plumbing fixtures need to be replaced. Hard to use the shower knob because it just spins because it is stripped. I don’t believe the towels were replaced during rebranding. The charging station was Tesla compatible only. I will not stay at this hotel again. "
