"Clean room friendly staff"

"No oatmeal for breakfast. The pot was there but it was empty. The TV did not work. Room 216. The automatic night shade n did not work either. UNACCEPTABLE considering what we paid for the room. At least Motel 6 has a TV that works."

"The room was nice and near the airport. Check in was late, but it had a nice lobby, so not a problem."

"Ants everywhere! Dirty Sheets with visible stains! Tiny, barely usable fitness center. No vent in the bathroom, so after the shower the area is a sauna steam bath. Iron broken and leaking all over my clothes. Fridge worked; nice, big windows; great AC; friendly staff. Would not come back if I had a choice though."

"The room was ok. The beds were very, very firm so it was difficult to get comfortable. I didn't sleep very well all 3 nights. There was no microwave, which would have been nice. We only ate breakfast one morning and my husband found a hair in his eggs so he tossed the whole plate. Not sure we'll stay here again."

"Our room was very clean and exactly as advertised. The pool was a tad small, but clean and we thoroughly enjoyed it. I also used the gym which had plenty of equipment and machines to get a good workout in. Breakfast had several options to choose from allowing us to find something for all 5 of us. Definitely would stay again."

"Room and bathroom were clean. The first day there was zero hot water so I took a very cold shower. And they really need to designate a smoking section that is not the front door! There were absolutely 20 employees and guests out there smoking when I arrived and it smelled awful walking through that. The breakfast was actually fantastic. Plenty of variety and pretty tasty. "We attended a wedding reception in this building in 1972 when it was a rather new Holiday Inn. Its age shows but the current owners are working to update it. Our room was newly remodeled and clean. Advice to owners: don’t shortchange a nice remodel by not replacing the 50+year old plumbing fixtures."

"This was an older property. The icemaker was not working for the entire stay and no solution was offered by the staff, the hot tub was not working and by the cleanliness it was not working for a significant time, and the laundry facilities were not working. The pool was quite cold for an indoor pool. The breakfast that was available was not to the standards of other Quality Inn\Choice hotels that we have stayed in.
