"We stayed at this hotel over the weekend and were extremely disappointed with the management and overall handling of a major issue. The temperatures were very high, yet the air conditioning in our room was completely broken. It was uncomfortably hot and stuffy from the moment we checked in.
We were traveling as a group of four and specifically needed a room that could accommodate everyone comfortably. Unfortunately, the hotel had no other suitable rooms available, so we were stuck in the hot...

"Our fridge, cable and sink drain did not work on check in. Plus the walls and accent chair were not clean looking. I called to ask to move rooms it was full, so a maintenance personnel came to fix the issues. He was able to fix the cable and drain, not the fridge. I wouldn't go back to this hotel."
