I arrived just after midnight. I had booked a king bed. The guy at the desk said he was upgrading us. I swear he said a two bedroom and I didn’t need that but he was being nice so I accepted the upgrade. Upon arrival of our room it’s simply two queen beds. This is not an upgrade to me as I wanted the kind. To sleepy at this point to go back down as we were on the 10th floor we didn’t complain but I feel this was passed off as an upgrade but really a downgrade at the same price.
