"Nice hotel, sleepless nights My daughter and I were in Paris for a few days to celebrate my birthday and I booked this hotel as it was close to Moulin Rouge, which we had tickets for. I read the reviews and most were acceptable and I noticed it had sound proofing and other reviewers had said it was quiet, but perhaps they meant on a quiet street. There was no sound proofing at all as the walls were paper thin. I could hear the guest in the room next to me who had a mobile phone on all the time...

"I stayed in a Parisienne room and while small, the room was perfect for what I needed. However, the room needed some TLC. The grout in the shower needs to be cleaned and the walls need to be repainted."
