BEWARE! Read in full. I booked through Expedia and paid in full ahead of time. The money was withdrawn from my account. When I got there to check in, I was told that the virtual card Expedia provides was not working and that I needed to call Expedia to get it resolved. He did not offer to help with the situation at all. It was after 9pm. had paid in full and expected an easy check in. The person I spoke to with Expedia could not seem to get the situation handled. After quite some time, I finally told the Expedia representative that I needed to just cancel and get a refund. It was a Sunday night and I didn’t have time for this. I was told I’d get an update about me refund in a couple days and the I hung up and went somewhere else. I never heard anything so I reached back out a couple days later. Expedia then told me the hotel was refusing to give me a refund. So wait. The hotel told me they couldn’t check me In because Expedias virtual card wasn’t working but the hotel got the money? So if they had the money they couldn’t just check me in? Or they couldn’t have at least helped me with the problem when I was trying to check in? And now they won’t refund me? I am besides myself. I will obviously have to dispute this but the fact that I even have to go through this is insane. I booked a room. I paid ahead of time. I came to check in. AND I COULDN'T. Yet I get no refund? Don’t book with this hotel. They were paid the money and won’t do the right thing

Room was very clean, super comfortable and surprisingly spacious. Bathroom was very nice, I loved the vanity-like mirror in there. Staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast at this location was excellent with various options. Area tends to be very quiet, in the hotel and outside the hotel. Would 100% recommend!

The Front Desk Clerk was really nice. And very helpful with amenities etc. She even advised on places to visit there during our stay!!!!

The room was very spacious. It was a one bedroom suite with two queen beds and one king. There were two desks and a wet bar. The rooms definitely need renevations because of the condition but we noticed that renovations have already started. We had a great stay overall!

They overbooked the hotel by 5 rooms. Despite having record of the reservation made 3 weeks earlier when we went to check in the hotel concierge said they did not have a room for us. At the same time a mother and daughter were also being told they didn’t have a room for the night. This left us scrambling to find another place to stay for the night with all other local locations already booked. This is terrible business practices.

Have stayed here a couple of times. It's our go to hotel now when in Grand Blanc/Flint area. Close to expessway, dining options and more. Very clean and quiet. Great staff and service.

My Mom got terribly ill and spent a week in ICU while she was staying at this hotel. They did everything they could to help us access her room to get to her medications and her belongings. They were always so kind a quick to help her. When she was discharged from the hospital she spent another week at this hotel waiting for her new apartment to be ready and they were so kind and accommodating. Everything was clean and tidy and every staff member we came across was more than kind and helpful. I highly recommend!
