"AVOID THE HOTEL VERSION OF A SUPERMARKET SELF SERVICE TILL. No staff AT ALL on site. You’re sent a code to get in. The room was horrid. Broken bed, rips in curtain. Leaking toilet, broken toilet seat and sink plug. Heavily stained carpet. I ARRIVED but if you needed to speak to someone, you had to ring a number. "Thoroughly enjoyed my stay of just over 2 weeks. All the staff were so kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Had a lovely top floor single room an nice skylight window. The Continental breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The Grab and Go breakfast was a good option too. The Italian Restaurant was great and open for lunch and dinner. "Nice hotel the parking was a joke £11 a night I would have got a better deal in London wife as a blue badge the hotel did not want to know holiday inn express are not a disable friendly hotel which spoilt the day I parked down the road life is hard looking after wife Iwon’t be staying at this hotel again"

"5 stars isn’t enough for Eastdale B&B. The property is immaculate. Liz is an exemplary host. The breakfast was excellent and was all quality ingredients. Parking is easy. I travel extensively for business and Eastdale B&B is the best accommodation I have stayed in for a very long time."
