머무는 동안 너무 편안하고 좋았어요! 친절하게 도시 관광 지도도 보여주시고 설명도 잘 해주셔서 짧은 기간동안 너무 행복한 여행을 하고 갑니다 :) 좀 더 머물게 되면 좋았을텐데, 짧개 머물고 간것이 아쉬웠습니다. 아침도 너무 맛있어서 계속 생각납니다! 다음에 또 피렌체에 머물게 되면 다시 이용하고 싶어요. 도시랑도 가까워서 관광 하기도 편하고, 물건을 사서 호텔애 두고 잠시 쉬고 다시 여행을 할 수 있는 가까운 위치라 너무 좋아요.

An absolutely amazing place to stay in Florence. The staff were always kind and helpful. The room had a beautifully painted ceiling and the cleaning service always made the rooms spotless. Walking distance to everything - about a 3 minute walk to the Santa Maria cathedral (the Duomo). Breakfast was always delicious and the staff even remembers the guests coffee/tea orders. So considerate. As it is an older building, the walls are thin. Be prepared to hear other people in their rooms talking or a baby crying. Highly recommend and would go back in a heartbeat!

Disappointed stay.

Paid more for a queen bed and twin and sofa bed. Staff would not honor accommodation and would not reduce charge. Requested add'l toilet paper and towels but staff would only accommodate for add'l charge. Staff helpful but rude. Room spacious but inside building appearance tired and old. Hall rugs extremely old and worn. Photos not recent and misleading. Excellent location but would not stay here again.

They have some rooms on the opposite side of the building that you can only reach by going down in the elevator, crossing the courtyard, and going up again in another elevator. That's where the Topazio room is. It was a great single room, L-shaped with a day bed in addition to the regular twin. TV channels minimal, but great AC, thank god. Breakfast is small but fine, served in reception area. You do have to buzz at the entrance to get into the hotel, and then they give you a fob to use while you're there.

The ceiling was painted in lovely colors with flowers and 2 beautiful women. This had to be 150 years old or more. The building was from 1500, said the owner. The location was very handy. Our breakfast provided many choices and was very tasty. I would stay here again definitely.

Fantastic location! For that reason alone I would recommend this B&B. The room was large however the bed wasn’t very comfortable. The breakfast wasn’t the best and the staff was nice but didn’t go out of their way to make recommendations when asked.

Pleasant stay in a great, central location!

We had a wonderful stay at Alloro B&B, where we were welcomed by the owners from the start. Great location for access into the centre of Florence, with plenty of good restaurants nearby too. Lovely breakfast every morning which always ensured a great start to the day! Thank you to all of the team at Alloro B&B!

朝食が美味しくてオススメ

まず、場所はフィレンツェSMN駅から徒歩5分程。有名なメルカートにも歩いてすぐなので食事には困らない。 ドゥオーモなど中心街も徒歩10分ほどと近い。 チェックイン時にオーナー？が部屋まで案内してくれ、建物の扉の開け方なども丁寧に説明してくれた。 部屋は写真にあるような内装では無かったがシンプル、清潔で十分な広さだった。シャワーやトイレも問題なし。 ドライヤーは古いもので使いづらかった。 ホテル自体は人通りの多い通りに面しているが、泊まった部屋は中庭を挟んでいる棟だったので夜は静かに過ごせた。 ここの良いところは朝食だと思う。 食パン、菓子パン数種類、卵、ハム数種類、生ハム、自家製ヨーグルト、ケーキなど色々あり、どれも非常に美味しかった。 菓子パンはどれも美味しく、特にヌテラ？入りのクロワッサンがオススメ。 カプチーノなど暖かい飲み物はスタッフに言えばもらえる。 イタリア式の朝食が気に入り、毎日楽しみになるくらい良かったです。 安く、ご飯の美味しいところに泊まりたいならオススメ。 またフィレンツェに来たら泊まります。

Good location, good breakfast

Hotel was set around a little courtyard, very centrally and conveniently located. Quiet spot. Breakfast was good. I was in a single room with was small and the bathroom and shower were quite a squeeze! Wifi signal good be better.

This was the worst place to stay in that I have ever experienced! The pictures they show online to get you to stay there are very nice but it's not real. The staff is less than friendly, are unavailable to give any service and frankly don't care. When I called from my room for assistance I was hung up on! The walls are paper thin and you hear everything in every room!! Be prepared for no sleep if you stay here as you won't get any! It's way more expensive than other nice hotels you can stay at in Florence. Don't book your stay here, go somewhere else!

Absolutely fantastic ! Best Location ! Comfortable

Amazing specious Hotel at the Heart of Florence !. High Ceilings, Old building with air conditioning and modern facilities. The host was so friendly and welcoming. Only couple of mins walks from all the attractions. We absolutely loved it, and will come back here next time we are in Florence.

Situatedin the Heart of the City

Located & situated in the heart of the city. The ambience and coziness of Alloro B&B brings back the nostalgic sentiments of the old medieval times. We'll surely comeback. SERVICE: The Lovely ANTONELLA, very accommodating, approachable & helpful. The rest of the hotel staff, is OK. ROOM/SLEEP QUALITY: The rooms in this hotel are quite big. Air-conditioning functions very well. We have no problems sleeping at night & no noises can be heard. The room is cleaned daily, crisp bed linens & fresh towels are changed everyday. Organic shampoos, conditioner & shower gels are refilled. LOCATION: CONVENIENT and very near to restaurants & most of the tourist spots. It’s closer to the DUOMO & 9 mins. walk to Galleria dell’Accademia. TIP: From Peretola Airport to Alloro B&B Hotel: Instead of taking the TAXI w/c cost 35 eur., better take the T2 TRAM w/c only cost 1,60 eur. From the airport to the last station/ last stop- Piazza dell’Unità & only 6 mins walk from the station to the hotel. Faster & practical. FOOD:Breakfast buffet consist of bread, cereals, fruits, cheese, cold cuts, eggs, etc. Not so fond of the cappuccino which I drank every morning for 6 days and sad to say, there's nothing special on it nor anything special with the yoghurt either. INTERNET: Fortunately, had no problems with it. All gadgets were well connected & internet were pretty fast. Also, a Smartphone with GPS was provided by the hotel. This was such a great help to use in roaming around Firerenze.
