We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Bavaria! The rooms were clean and organized, the staff were extremely helpful and provided lots of recommendations for activities and food. The best part of this hotel is by far the location everything you could need is in walking distance! We would definitely love to stay here again!

シングルルームでしたがお部屋は広く、のんびり過ごせました。 トイレお風呂は共用でしたが、ちょうど他の宿泊客が夕食に出掛けている19時頃にお風呂を済ませれば、清潔な状態のバスルームでシャワーを利用できます。 スタッフの方々も親切で丁寧でした。

Recommend this great location, historic 16th century Spanish nobleman’s 5 level mansion. Very quiet guests, three nice bathrooms, nice common room, nice fruit water every day and advanced settings coffee machine, great nearby restaurants (reservation needed for some), historic art frescos, and interactive staff present early and late in day when we needed them. Some warnings — bedroom may be on 4th level, stairs only; shower drop unusual; many ledges and places to trip for seniors as it is a 16th century plan. Great value.

Vincent was great and helpful. The hotel..perfect location. The room was beautiful and huge. The only downfall no toilet in the room and 2 toilets to share for the floor. Plan you potty breaks. Otherwise an absolute 10

The location of the hotel is perfect for travelers who would like to experience the historic center of Florence. It is close to everything and the hotel is very clean. Staff was helpful in getting us a taxi to the airport on departure and very friendly. My only issue is there is no mini fridge or coffee maker in the room though. They do have a cappuccino maker and a mini fridge in their common area. You are only able to get coffee until 11. :00 and you are not allowed to bring the cups back to the room which is a bit of a pain and we didn't really love leaving our things in a communal fridge. Small price to pay though for an otherwise lovely hotel. As with most of the other hotels in Florence, be prepared to walk up a lot of stairs.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and full of character, with beautiful traditional décor that made the experience feel unique and authentic. The bed was comfortable, and the room had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was excellent—perfect for exploring the city while still being peaceful and quiet at night. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable!

Recommended on a cool season but we dont recommend it on hot summer. A great location but room was hot without ac. We had only 3 small fans and some fans didnt work first night so we exchanged them next day but we were lucky to see weather becoming cooler so we could sleep the rest of our stay.

The hotel is located on the third floor and does not have an elevator. This vital information was missing from the hotel profile when I booked our 3-night stay (October 6–8, 2026) at Hotel Bavaria in Florence. I am 71 years old and was forced to carry huge, heavy suitcases up the stairs myself because nobody at the hotel was willing to help. The only positive aspects were the excellent location and the friendly service from Leonardo, who helped us on our arrival day. However, the next day, a different clerk was at the front desk and his service was terrible. He completely refused to help us or find assistance with our luggage, and he wasn't even able to properly arrange a taxi for our departure."

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were wonderful! There are a lot of stairs and no elevator… made it tough with luggage. Was hard to find at first. But overall a great experience with old world charm!

Great location, great room, great staff. Louder area near by due to some lively night life on the street but it was not a bother to us. Would recommend to anyone staying in the city, everything you want to do is within 15 minute walk.

The hotel doesn’t provide breakfast. Staff will answer questions if you ask, easy to communicate with. The location is close to everything. Room is cleaned daily by staff, but floor won’t be sweeped. The area is very safe!
