It was extremely well located for sight seeing, restaurants, central station, etc. Staff were helpful. The entrance to the property was unusual, particularly the lift which was extremely small and slow!!

Great location. Nice large room. The bed was not comfortable. We could feel the springs. If Management would add a mattress topper the problem could be solved.

Tudo ótimo, limpo e bem equipado. Extremamente bem localizado.

The room we got was decent, but did not match the picture shown. Hotel is nice once you are in the room. The ground floor entrance can be better. This is close to train station and walkable to famous Florence attractions. Taking away one star for the elevator/lift. Now I understand most hotels in Europe don’t even have that option, but when you retrofit, it could have been done in a better way — it is the smallest, slowest a hottest elevator I have ever seen.
