"Loved our stay here. The free breakfast was wonderful, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see/visit. Our room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Amazing bathroom/shower. We were there at the end of March/early April, and it was pretty cold outside, so the air conditioner could not be turned on/used during our stay. "The building doesn’t look like it has had any money spent on it since the 1980’s.Very shabby hotel, shame on the owners, it could be fab. Had holes in sheets and towels. No duvet it’s a 1950’s style blanket between sheets. Not hygienic these days. Dirt and dust everywhere. Cushions with stains on. One pillow each. Dining chairs in the breakfast room all broken. "El hotel tiene instalaciónes adecuadas bien pintadas y en orden, pero es muy pero muy pequeño el lugar y alejado del centro de Florencia, para llegar al centro hay que pagar mucho de Uber hasta 50 euros y
En cuanto al desayuno siempre eh subido fotos para mostrar lo que ofrecen otros hoteles, pero esta vez no me dieron ganas de hacerlo, es muy pobre lo que ofrecen por lo que pagué. "

"We booked 3 rooms.
All were give mineral water on the first day only.
Second and third day... no more water.
We call front office, they give us on 2nd day.
On the 3rd day - we called and they put us on hold for quite some time.... we hung up the phone.
I am thinking - only mineral water... "
