We loved the rooftop view, charming outdoor garden and the beautiful breakfast. Hotel staff in particular Heardeep were very helpful and friendly. We highly recommend a stay at this hotel. It was the highlight of our trip in Florence.

The staff was phenomenal..very kind and very helpful. The food was perfect way more than I could imagine eating with so many options of meat, pastries and bread. The environment was fancy yet cozy. The view was gorgeous and a good place to walk around! The bed wasn’t that comfortable but that’s so small complaint compared to the amazing experience I had I didn’t think twice about it. I will be going back next visit!

This hotel has a lot of character. Every room in the facility was carefully decorated. The room felt like a room in a fairy tale. The staff was amazing. They were very attentive and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. I will definitely stay here again or recommend it to my friends and family.

If you are looking for a "A room with a view" atmosphere, that's it. The hotel is in a mid-XIXth century palace, rather well mantained, even if a few things in the rooms should be updated. Staff members are extremely kind and ready to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Furthermore, the hotel is very close to the railway station and to the city center.

Beautiful hotel in the outskirts of the old quarter. Easy to walk to the main attractions and museums, and quieter. Friendly staff, willing to help. Delicious breakfast served 8-10:30, with delicious coffee. 11 min walk from the main train station.

We had a wonderful time at Hotel Principe. We stayed for 3 nights and very much liked the property. The location is fantastic, close to everything yet stay off the busiest area. The nicest part of our stay is the staff! Warm and showed genuine care to all the guests. Definitely will be back.

Family holiday in Florence

A traditional Italian home with original characters , high ceiling chandeliers and original furniture and accessories. we had a beautiful view of the river and a balcony. Staff were very friendly polite and efficient.

5-star rating for the staff that goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Convenient location, just a couple of minutes walk to the main attractions. Beautiful garden and closed paid parking. Great rooftop view. The hotel itself needs immediate renovation. The smell of mold in our room got me sick after two nights and to help the air conditioning system is so old that the room never got the temperature down. When we arrived at the room, room was not very clean and it had hairs from the previous guests in the bathroom and on the furniture at the feet of the bed. Mattresses are already losing consistency probably because they are too old. It is a family owned hotel and therefore I will be more lenient on these facts than I normally am and hopefully they will make me the necessary renovations for us to come back again.
