"The hotel is in a serene location. The staff, Mr. Jim, was professional and welcoming. This is my second time staying at the hotel because its location near Mount Holyoke College. The hotel was very nice with spacious and clean room. The breakfast was nicely set up of protein (eggs and ham or sausages), carbs (pancakes or french toast sticks, potatoes), fruits and an area of beverage machine and bread.
