The place was clean great location the part I extremely hated was you can hear everything and I mean everything. No one has common decency to respect your neighbors. Other than that the room was great.

Tivemos uma ótima experiência nesta hospedagem! O apartamento era muito espaçoso e confortável. Todos os eletrodomésticos funcionavam perfeitamente, o que tornou a estadia ainda mais prática e agradável. A localização também é um grande ponto positivo: fica próximo à estação de trem e conta com uma parada de ônibus praticamente em frente ao prédio. Além disso, é possível chegar caminhando às principais atrações turísticas da cidade. Recomendo esta hospedagem para quem busca conforto, praticidade e uma excelente localização.

Quarto limpo e confortável, aquecimento perfeito, o lugar é muito bonito e próximo a estação central. apenas senti falta de itens de cozinha, fui cozinhar para a minha família, mas não havia saca rolhas para abrir o vinho, uma taça estava quebrada, poucos talheres, não havia um pano para secar as mãos, a única ressalva seria sobre os utensílios de cozinha que deixaram a desejar.

**Terrible Experience Dirty, Unhygienic, Misrepresented** This is the worst ”hotel” experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, there was an extremely strong, foul smell throughout the apartment so bad that it smelled as though something had died inside. The floors and walls were visibly filthy and clearly had not been properly cleaned. The couches were also covered in stains, and the overall condition was so unpleasant that we couldn’t even sit down comfortably. The smell was so bad it actually made us nauseous. I took more than 20 photos and videos documenting the condition and immediately contacted the host. Their response was that they could send someone to clean **THE FOLLOWING DAY**. That was not an acceptable solution. We should not have been expected to spend the night in an apartment that was clearly not clean or suitable for guests. Despite the condition of the property, the host refused to provide a refund. We had no choice but to leave and book another accommodation at our own expense. What made the experience even worse was that we booked for four people, yet there was only one actual bed. The host apparently considers the couch to be a sleeping arrangement for the additional guests. This property is also not a hotel, but an apartment that was in an unacceptable state of cleanliness when we arrived. Guests should not have to arrive at a property, discover that it is filthy and smells unbearable, and then be told that they will clean it tomorrow.

Very beautiful and comfortable. Great location and the apartment came with all the appliances,and cookware including utensils. I am grateful for the security but it was a hastle trying to get in, doing the check in via WhatsApp and registration online but overall is a great place.

Não consegui entrar no apartamento. O código que me mandaram via e-mail não funcionou. Como tive um imprevisto com o meu trem, cheguei às 21:00 e não tive suporte nenhum, pois o suporte é só até as 18:00. Se for chegar após esse horário tem que avisar antes e pagar uma taxa de 30 euros para eles te darem o suporte. Fiquei por 1 hora tentando entrar na hospedagem sem sucesso, pedi ajuda a um funcionário que trabalha na cafeteria embaixo do prédio que também não conseguiu. Ligamos diversas vezes e ninguém atendeu. O quarto fica no 2º andar e apesar de ter um elevador pequeno, não consegui utilizar. Então tivemos que subir com 3 malas e descer em vão. E na descida com as malas pesadas eu machuquei o braço e minha amiga o tornozelo. Nesse caos todo tive que reservar um outro hotel e optei por ficar lá as 3 diárias que havia contratado no LeoVinci Rooms. Só me retornaram às 10:15 da manhã do dia seguinte perguntando se tinha conseguido entrar. Não consegui e não me devolveram o dinheiro nem da primeira noite de hospedagem, porque falaram que cabia a mim avisar antes que chegaria após as 18:00 e pagar 30 euros para me darem suporte. Não recomendo essa hospedagem
