"From my arrival to the moment I left, everything is 10/10."

"The staff was very polite and the villa was clean. The bathtub and wall tile could use updating. The villa did not have kitchen items like plates and pots and pans and there was not an iron. Some items had to be obtained from the front desk. No ice machine on premesis, have to go to their restautant for ice. No in room coffee pot or complimentary coffee. Lots of street noise with motorcycles and cars late into the night and early in the morning."

"The best view, the easiest access to the beach, the best food, washer and dryer accessible. Gift shop is way to expensive!! My family LOVED it here! We've been twice and we will go back!!"

"The hotel facilities are excellent, and the overall property is beautiful and well maintained. The pools, common areas, and amenities were all great and made our stay enjoyable. However, the guest rooms are very outdated and are in urgent need of renovation. The furniture, décor, and overall condition of the rooms feel old and worn, which does not match the quality of the rest of the hotel. Updating the rooms would make a huge difference and greatly improve the guest experience."

"We arrived late at night and there was no toilet paper. The owner did get back to me fairly quickly to tell me where to find some. The shower had no curtains or door so the water poured all over the bathroom floor and into the hallway. The remotes left for The tv only worked for 1 of the tvs. Parking is terrible. There’s no lot or actual spaces. Just have to park on the side of the street. The room was clean, we only saw 2 cockroaches which I was expecting way more for PR. The pool was clean....

"I was never able to get into the apartment. There was no key to get in nor a front desk to ask for assistance. When I texted and called them, they took over an hour to responde. The place was secluded dark, I did not feel safe to wait for a responses"

"Older hotel that could use a little updating, but over all it was fine. Did have to request housekeeping to come on 3 times so that was frustrating, but the front desk was helpful and offered extra drink coupons for our inconvenience, Absolutely loved the beach, it was like a secret spot. Most people stayed at the pool that was also nice, but the beach had an amazing breeze. All the staff was super helpful and kind,"

"El aire acondicionado no se sentía tanto, de día hacía un calor terrible dentro de la tienda, el cuarto, dentro de todo, estaba limpio. Al principio tuvimos problemas con la ducha ya que salía bien caliente, quemaba la bambú y por ende burbujeaba como si estuviera hirviendo y caía agua mega caliente por todos lados, tuvimos que apagar el calentador y bañarnos con agua extremadamente fría para evitar lesiones por quemaduras. No había piscina ni jacuzzi, pienso que pueden implementar esto para...

"They didn't offer military discount and for the 900 spent with no t.v and the toilet being small was not worth that but in a pinch can be a beautiful place as it was for me and my wife. "
