"Amazing customer service, very friendly and helpful, no language barrier as the receipion staff spoke English well. Went out of their way to lend me a phone charger plug. "This place can hardly be called a hotel, it’s more of a hostel with individual rooms but shared bathrooms. The room was quite dirty with dust and hair on the floor. The condition of the bathrooms was similar (see photos). "
