"Family friendly and spring breakers too! We enjoyed all the pools and lazy river as well as the beach access and covience to get out to the water. The Tiki Bar was just right for ordering drinks for the beach. Room was very clean as well as the bathroom. We had a long balcony with a partial view facing east and it was enjoyable and we could see Pier Park Pier from our room. King size bed was soft and comfy and clean! We will return! Spring Breakers were wild though as they came in late and made lots of noise and even enjoyed playing "ding dong ditch" by banging on our door after hours and scaring us to death, but we laughed it off, never complained and said, "they are just having fun" and "we were teen/college kids on spring break once too" no worries! The lazy river was very nice and kid friendly. Front desk clerks were informative, nice, and eager to help. Lots of employees around the whole place working and keeping it clean, prepped and ready to go for current visitors and those coming next. Highly recommend!"

"I stayed for 4 nights for a business conference, and there were definitely some pros and cons. PROS: - The conference space and views were perfect!! We had ocean views from the different rooms, and a balcony space to get some fresh air between sessions. - The beach is immaculate and right on the property, but you do have to pay to use the chairs and umbrellas. - Located right next to a few restaurants and a fantastic coffee shop - The pools were really nice, and the property itself had a lot of seating and a good happy hour CONS: - Cleanliness was an issue, as my room had sand in it and stained towels upon arrival - Noise was my biggest challenge. I had a connected room door and I could hear every word spoken in the room next to me. There was also a lot of yelling in the hallways and by the pool late at night. One night, they had an issue with the pool music blaring until 2am (apparently it was controlled by an app no one on the property had access to). It was really difficult to sleep, and I wish at a minimum ear plugs were provided as I know they receive this feedback often. - The rooms are also very bright, even with the blackout curtains All in all, you're paying to be beachfront and use the amenities such as the pool."

"We chose this hotel because it was highly rated, but our stay was not good for many reasons. The hotel was not very clean. The tiny fridge had brown slimy stuff in it, which I cleaned, disgusting. The shower was dirty, I wiped it with a wipe and there was dirt all over it, it was obvious it wasn't clean. The couch pillow had tears, and the filling was coming out. The couch and stool chair had white dirty marks on it. In addition, one of the lamps was broken, there was only 3 towels for a room that was for 6 people, and there were no sheets, blankets, or pillows in the room for the sofa bed, and when we opened the back slider door to go outside, there was dog poop. Overall, I would not choose this hotel again. "

"The room was NOT anything near what is advertised and I didn't expect the Taj Mahal. The tub had stains and mold, the place smelled. I didn't want to sit on the toilet or sleep in the bed but luckily I had my own blanket The only good thing was the beach off the property but that too had a tiny amount of trash 🗑."

"Didn't use pool the room was ok.Look like a little mold on ceiling that was concerning.Thr ocean view was extremely nice all n all good hotel doors to balcony were rusty but understood by the ocean and all causes that so no big deal so good hotel for the price "
