"John was an amazing host at the villa. He helped us find some great places for food and drink that were less touristy, and was great to visit with during happy hour. Our room was pretty small and was in need of some minor repairs, but was great as a place to sleep and shower. We would stay there again, but would request a king size bed instead of a twin and full size."

"The room was adequate and beds comfy for a short stay. It's on the quiet end of Duval street, so close enough to walk around, but not in the middle of the madness of the party crews. It's a converted old house, so there are some oddities. The check-in was not in the same location, but quite a walk away at an office on Duval street where there is no parking to take your car there. This was not made clear, or I did not read that anywhere prior to arrival. Bathroom and hot tub are both looking...

"This location was perfect! It was close to everything but quiet as soon as you entered the grounds. Alexis was amazing and accommodating and the chef made delicious breakfasts each morning. Can’t wait to stay here again!"

Dated in places but clean and just what we wanted for couple nights. Only complaint was very loud AC unit randomly on and off in night - would absolutely recommend! "
