"This is a lovely place to visit"

"Our room was in desperate need of a makeover. The tub was all scratched up and the towel bar was missing. The wall paper was peeling. There was a knob missing on the credenza, I later found the knob stuffed into an extremely dusty cubby in the desk. The lobby smell was overwhelming with air fresheners. We were able to get an early check in (1.5 hours early), perhaps the room was our punishment for an early check in. Very disappointed, not worth the price!"

"The first room we were assigned was not in the main building and had a very strong, unpleasant odor. Even after moving to the main building, the property felt so dated that we could clearly hear the sewer and plumbing sounds from the upstairs bathroom. Given the high nightly rates, the value just isn’t there—especially since the resort has no official partnership or special access relationship with the TPC Sawgrass golf course."

"Wonderful property for families- beautiful views and great pool with lazy river and water slides. The food and beverage was the only area that needs improvement. Meals at both of the fine dining restaurants were overpriced for the quality- salty soup, over seasoned pasta, tiny burrata salad for $18 etc.. Coffee and pastries were not good either. If the food quality can be improved we would come back again and again and dine on property but in the future we will just go offsite. We will...
