"El hotel está nuevo, excelentes condiciones, el trato de Jennifer en recepción debería mejorar, está bien ubicado, la alberca y amenidades excelentes, para ir a la playa debes cruzar la calle, el costo por sombrilla y dos sillas es $60 dlls el día, el desayuno completo con opción a omelette al gusto. El estacionamiento por día es costó adicional. La playa es perfecta! Es excelente para ir con familia y pasarla de lujo. "

"We were welcomed by the staff and our room was ready when we arrived at 12:10 p.m. I had registered online and did not have to wait for the 4 p.m. normal checkin. No early check in fees. The location was excellent, beach view with balcony. Parking was easy but $25 per day. Our room was clean. Refrigerator and microwave in room and coin laundry available on our 5th floor, and possibly on each floor."

"Pool and Hot Tub were great. Tiki Bar was closed for three days due to rain. Then on day 4 it closed at 2pm. The Donuts were great but this place should have a restaurant and a bar that doesnt close due to bad weather. "

"We know the hotel can't control the weather, but we were surprised by the lack of effort to offer some kid friendly activities with 4 straight days of rain. Other issues we encountered: 1) our shower looked like it was never cleaned. The same 2 pieces of hair were stuck on the tile when we arrived and left. Lots of mold too. 2) my husband took my tween daughters to the gym with him (since we were all going stir crazy from the 3rd straight day of rain!) They were rudely informed at the desk...

"The location is great. Shopping and eating spots are in walking distance. However, Expedia description of the hotel and the hotel description are not the same. I booked a Junior Suite with kitchenette (Expedia gave description of microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, dining area, dishwasher, stovetop. They even had a pictures of the kitchen). Checking in I have a regular Junior Suite which includes a mini fridge and a microwave. The Hilton tells me that the only rooms with full kitchen is the...

"Clean, but staff no help at all when we had reservation issues. Expedia also messed up our reservation. Every amenity under construction."
