Bathroom needed a bit of attention. Front desk person was slightly rude when we asked where the elevator to the pick up level was. She pointed toward a different elevator than we had come down like we were stupid for not seeing it. I was slightly embarrassed in front of other guests.

Our stay was just overnight but the hotel was great. Clean room & bathroom, comfy bed & pillows, a/c worked great & was quiet. Breakfast was good, check in/ out was easy.

This property was terrible. We arrived to find the house filthy and all the beds unmade. Trash everywhere, food left out on counters, blood in one of the beds. We could not stay here and booked another hotel at 11:00 PM in Pittsburgh. I have never seen such a filthy vacation rental.
