"The check-in-person, a nice lady was friendly and helpful. The check out gentleman needs to be trained on customer service. He was on his phone and seemed bothered that you interrupted his phone time. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. A couple of issues were the toilet would not flush and the toilet seat was loose. I was able to fix both. Breakfast was typical, nothing fancy. "Breakfast was great and enjoyed by both hubby and myself. The room was very clean, and the air conditioning was absolutely great as I sleep very well w/room at 66 deg!The mattress was great and added to my great sleep. Will definitely book at this hotel again when next we are in the neighborhood"
