"This was one of the best experiences we could have asked for while staying prior to our cruise. Georgiana was an amazing hostess! She accommodated our early arrival and made a wonderful breakfast the next morning! The location was very convenient to restaurants, views, a grocery store. The room was cozy, clean and had amazing views! We will definitely be staying here next time we travel to Civitavecchia!"

"The bedroom itself was pretty clean. There was a pile of dirt at the foot of the bed that has not been picked up. The bed was comfortable, however, there was a large amount of black mold in the shower, and only in the shower. That did not make us feel great, but it was a quick shower in the morning. The location was perfect for a one-night stay. Within walking distance to many restaurants. When we booked the room, we were told breakfast was included. Then we received an email that breakfast...

"we only stayed one night as a stop off before heading to a wedding in sienna the next day. What a night though! Too bad we didn’t stay longer. The owner is lovely and we happen to be there for a barbecue one night with lots of locals coming together just having a great time! Delicious organic locally sourced food from the farm. Delicious wine from their small vineyard. The most amazing sunset and gorgeous, secluded pool overlooking the landscape. Really private and scenic and felt very authentic...

"This property is wonderful, from staff to location. We took the train from FCO to Santa Marinella. It was quick and easy and a 20 minute walk from th drop off location to the hotel. There are many local and convenient restaurants. There's access to their private beach. Staff are very resourceful and helpful. Unfortunately we were only there for a night due to a cruise trip but I hope to return to this location with my immediate family."
