"Parking was limited but luckily got a space, a bit of a faff to sort but explained really well. Room needs some modifying, bathroom ceiling was quite bad, skirting board falling off in bathroom and the flush was hard. "

"Unfortunately, no A/C in room, which is not unusual, but on a very hot day for England, the bathroom towel racks were in full heat and almost boiling. Neither we nor the hotel manager could shut them off. One single fan provided little/no relief and room temp was + 30c degrees and never got to a comfortable temp overnight. Open windows didn’t help much. Almost zero sleep. Couldn’t wait to leave in the morning. Shame as the room and bed were otherwise good. Just couldn’t enjoy either. Big...

"Wow!!! Upon arrival our hearts sank. As you look at the building the right side looked dilapidated - curtains across windows at an angle and an air of disrepair. We almost drove back out. However once you enter the double doors it’s like another world. Great reception area, clean and bright with two friendly receptionists ready to book in guests.
